Goldberg & Osborne, and Why We Care About Actos Victims
Goldberg & Osborne was founded in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1989. Our focus on personal injury cases led us to open a second office in Tucson four months later. In over two decades of practicing personal injury law, we’ve expanded to 25 attorneys in 21 offices and formed associations with law firms across the United States.
We’re proud of our exclusive focus on personal injury claims. We made it our mission to protect the rights of those who have been injured through the negligence of others. We have recovered over two billion dollars for our clients throughout the United States. These verdicts and settlements have benefited those who’ve been injured or become ill from taking dangerous drugs.
Our investigation into cases of bladder cancer and Actos is born out of our passionate belief that every person deserves just compensation for injuries caused due to the negligence of another. We believe every person should be treated with care and respect regardless of their personal circumstances. You deserve to have your rights protected and to be given good guidance in your pursuit of justice. Now we’re putting our experience and dedication to work for our clients who have been diagnosed with bladder cancer after taking Actos.
